How To Register A New Metronic Marketplace Account?
You are required to register an account with us to perform any transaction or purchase on Metronic Marketplace.
Step 1: You will need to click on "Login/Register" to either login or register an account with us. Alternatively, you may click on "Sign Up" at the bottom underneath the "Login" button.
Step 2: You will be prompted to fill up a form which includes your name, email address, company name, gender, country and your own personal password. Tick on the box "I agree to the terms and condition" to continue.
Step 3: Upon receiving your account creation request, kindly allow our team 1 - 2 business days for them to verify and do their respective due deligence.
Step 4: You will receive an email notification once your account has been successfully created.
Price Of Products
Please note that the price of the product shown on the site is not finalize due to the nature of the business.
Therefore, please submit a purchase enquiry on the site so that our team can get back to you regarding the updated price.
You may refer to "Purchase Process" under our FAQ to understand further on how our purchase process works on the site.

Purchase Process
Step 1: Submit an Order/Enquiry on Metronic Marketplace, kindly allow up to 1 - 3 business days for the team to confirm the pricing and availability of the product with our suppliers/manufacturer.
Upon successful submission, a pop - up message will appear which will let you know that your "Order Enquiry successfully placed". You are able to check your order enquiry by clicking on the "Track Purchase Enquiry" button.
Step 2: Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an confirmation email which requires you to acknowledge the new price or any additional items including but not limited to: pricing updates, service, maintenance and installation.
The Confirmation Order does not place any obligation on You to pay for the order until it has been confirmed on your side of the customer portal.
Step 3: Once you have confirmed the order, a Pro-Forma Invoice will be generated with the account number to make the payment. You will be able to view the Pro-Forma Invoice under "To Pay" section.
Step 4: Upon successful payment, kindly include the transaction receipt of the payment showing both your company name or your name (whichever is relevant) and date stating that the payment has been made to Metronic. You may email it to us at metronic@metronic-group.com or inform the sales representative that you are dealing with.
Can Payment Be Made Directly On The Site?
At the moment, it is not possible to make payment directly on the site as the payment gateway is still in the process of integration.
However, you are still able to make a payment using bank transfer or cheque. You may refer to the Pro-Forma Invoice or Invoice that is auto generated on the site upon confirmation of your order.

Product Lead Time
Kindly note that due to the nature of the business, the lead time of the product takes between 1 - 2 business weeks after the payment has been received.
The lead time can be affected due to multiple reasons, including but not limited to: availability of the product, production line, supply chain distruption, delivery and etc.
