a) Product Defects: You may request a refund if the digital product is significantly faulty, includes faults, or does not perform as described or intended. Please keep in mind that small flaws or compatibility concerns may not necessitate a refund.
b) Please note that you are only eligible for a refund after our team of experts from the service department has come down to check on your case. As this involves complications due to its nature of engineering and electronic, each cases will be unique on its own and will require some time for our team to investiagate and verify with the relevant department before you are eligible for a refund. 
 
1.2. Physical Products: Metronic Marketplace may also sell physical goods like items or hardware.
a) Product Defects: You may request a refund if the digital product is significantly faulty, includes faults, or does not perform as described or intended. Please keep in mind that small flaws or compatibility concerns may not necessitate a refund.
b) Please note that you will not be eligible for a refund request after 5 business days of receiving your order. These 5 business days will commence from the day our delivery partner or courier have successfully delievered your product to your home or desired location.
