Metronic Global Berhad (“The Company” or “MGB”) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Company Act, 1965 on 22 October 2003. The company was listed on MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) on 24 May 2004 and subsequently transferred to the Main Board (now known as Main Market) of Bursa Securities on 12 July 2007.

Comprising 70% of bumiputera share ownership with paid up capital of RM133.68 million. Metronic has built a range of diversified companies devoted to the same idealogy – to deliver value based solutions to our customers and investors by creating quality developments in which people to create a greater quality of life. The subsidiaries of the company specialize in system integration of intelligent building management systems, renewable energy in solar power system, property development and also focus on integrated system solution for smart city as well as smart technology products. The Company has also ventured into medical industry under a new incorporated subsidiary Metronic Medicare Sdn Bhd which focuses on clinical research and development, importer and distributor on medical related products in Malaysia.
